Background: Malnutrition in toddlers, especially stunting, remains a significant challenge in developing countries, particularly during the First 1,000 Days of Life (HPK). Stunting leads to growth disorders in toddlers, with indicators showing shorter height than peers. In Sungai Gerong Village, Banyuasin I District, the stunting rate is high, and mothers have a limited understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and appropriate complementary feeding (MP-ASI). The main obstacles are poor eating habits, inadequate environmental sanitation, and restricted access to health information. This community service activity aims to enhance mothers' knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and the provision of healthy MP-ASI and educate the community about the importance of utilizing local foods like fish and vegetables to prevent stunting and malnutrition. Method: This activity was conducted in Sungai Gerong Village, Banyuasin I, using an educational approach focused on sanitation, hygiene, and MP-ASI. Results: There was an increase in post-test results, indicating that the health education approach had a significant impact  in  creating  positive  behavioral changes. Conclusion:  The nutrition counseling provided during the program helped participants understand the importance of choosing locally rich and nutritious foods, such as fish and vegetables, and how to process them into healthy and nutritious MP-ASI. This activity focused on nutritional aspects and raised awareness about the importance of providing appropriate food to prevent nutrition-related issues.
