ARKESMAS (Arsip Kesehatan Masyarakat)

Arkesmas (Arsip Kesehatan Masyarakat) is an Open Access Journal published by Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka has been accredited by the Ministry of Research and Technology with Certificate Number 36/E/KPT/2019 which is ranked in SINTA 4.

Arkesmas (Arsip Kesehatan Masyarakat) publishes high-quality original papers with a multidisciplinary perspective related to public health science and practice that aimed to enlighten practitioners, researchers, and those who interest in public health by providing new issues and technical matters on public health as science and practice. The scope of the paper includes:

Public health law, administration, governance, and policy
Occupational health and safety
Environmental health
Health promotion and behavioral science
Communicable and non-communicable diseases prevention
Sexual and reproductive health
Public health nutrition

Editors will consider articles that beyond the scope of the list but still public health issues.

Publication Fee:

Arkesmas publishes all articles in full open access under a Creative Commons license (CC BY). To cover the costs of providing high-quality publishing services and free access to readers, authors must pay a one-time article processing fee (APC) for manuscripts accepted after peer review.
This journal charges author fees with the following details:
Submission fee: Free
editorial processing fee: Free
article processing fee (APC): IDR 250,000;
additional page fee: Free
color cost: Free

APC includes manuscript management, editing, layout, and other publication services. APC does not cover printing costs, and we do not provide print publications. There is no fee for withdrawing articles after submission; however, manuscripts that have been processed at the peer review stage cannot be withdrawn.

It published twice a year on June and December (e-ISSN: 2579-8898, p-ISSN: 2502-7980).
