Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) is a set of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, which makes a person, family, group or community able to help themselves in the health sector and play an active role in realizing public health.  The end result of an activity carried out by living things, which in general cannot be used again in an activity and is sometimes thrown away is waste.  This community service is expected to provide knowledge about the healthy behavior of the population towards clean household waste management in the Sukarami sub-district of Kebun Bunga in Palembang.  The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe the behavior of Kebun Bunga residents towards efforts to manage household waste and counselling aimed at increasing public understanding and awareness about Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) methods of managing and utilizing waste.  From community service in the effort to manage household waste, it can be concluded that most of the people in the settlements of the Kebun Bunga Sub-district, Palembang Sukarami District have applied the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycling).
