Background: This community service activity aims to implement the SILCARE (Smart Logistics System) application as a digital logistics solution for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Batam City. The background of this activity is the significant challenges faced by MSMEs in the distribution process, which is still carried out manually, the lack of digital literacy, and the high logistics costs that affect competitiveness. The implementation method was carried out through a participatory approach and hands-on training for 10 MSMEs, particularly the KUBE Kriya Enceng Mangsang group. The process began with socialization, followed by training on how to use the application, assistance in shipment simulation, and evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity show a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills regarding digital logistics management using the SILCARE application. Before the training, participants’ understanding averaged between 38%–55%, and increased to 74%–90% after the training. In detail, understanding of SILCARE functions increased by 44% (from 42% to 86%), operating the order features improved by 40% (from 38% to 78%), shipment tracking improved by 41% (from 40% to 81%), and navigation as well as application interface understanding improved by 35% (from 55% to 90%). In conclusion, SILCARE has proven to provide an efficient and affordable solution for MSME logistics management, and it has the potential to be replicated in other regions. Further development can focus on integrating additional features such as digital payment and automated financial reporting
