Abstract

Background: Keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran mencakup eksplorasi konsep, dengan memastikan kontekstualisasi melalui isu-isu dan keunggulan lokal. Namun, saat ini isu lokal sering hanya digunakan sebagai apersepsi di awal pembelajaran, dan guru terkendala dalam implementasinya. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pendampingan inovasi pembelajaran STEM pada guru SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Batu. Metode: FGD dan Workshop, Pengambilan data menggunakan survey. Hasil: Aktivitas pengabdian ini menghasilkan empat model taman vertikal dengan memenuhi tiga kriteria yaitu kemenarikan dan fungsionalitas desain, kemudahan perawatan, dan estetika komposisi tanaman. Kesimpulan: Aktivitas pendampingan ini dapat memberi pengalaman nyata bagi guru dalam menginovasi desain pembelajaran berdasarkan permasalahan kontekstual di sekitar siswa.
