Abstract
Latar Belakang: kesalahan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan bagi manajer keperawatan berdampak pada kinerja dan produktivitas kerja perawat. Dampak lain juga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan serta kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mensosialisasikan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan situasional berbudaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Metode: Kegiatan utama yang dilakukan adalah penyampaian materi sosialisasi yang dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) yang dilakukan di awal dan akhir kegiatan dengan menggunakan formulir diskusi situasi kondisi staf sebagai bahan evaluasi dengan 8 pernyataan kepada 18 manajer keperawatan. Hasil: Terdapat perubahan sikap dan kesamaan persepsi responden tentang penerapan gaya kepemimpinan situasional berbudaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan sosialisasi. Kesimpulan: kegiatan sosialisasi dapat diterima, diapresiasi, dan dapat diterapkan oleh pengelola keperawatan sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit dengan pedoman penelitian dan modul pembelajaran yang telah disampaikan.
