Abstrak

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on business actors. The policy of restricting mobility and tourist attractions has an effect on reducing the sales turnover of tape business actors in Bakunglor village who still rely on conventional product marketing. This community service aims to provide input and training to MSMEs to take advantage of existing social media networks and digital markets to market their products. Broad marketing will provide benefits so that the product that has been carried out can be distributed properly, it is necessary to experience various kinds of e-commerce in the sales system involving information and communication technology. Method: The methods used in this activity are in the form of workshops, training and science and technology simulation assistance related to how to properly market so that it can provide benefits and economic improvements to the surrounding community, which depends on activities production and sale of bakunglor glutinous rice tape. The stages of activity include the steps of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Result: The result of this community service activity is an increase in understanding and mastery of eCommerce marketing channels such as Tokopedia, Shopee, as well as social media TikTok shop, Instagram, and Facebook Conclusion: Participants can improve the function of existing social media to support the marketing of tape products that can provide a maximum marketing reach so that glutinous tape lovers can enjoy Bakunglor glutinous rice tape without having to wait a certain time to enjoy it.
