Abstract
Background: Pendidikan di Indonesia merupakan aspek yang sangat penting untuk mencerdaskan bangsa, sehingga untuk saat ini memerlukan evaluasi dan peningkatan yang sistematis. Kegiatan ini penting dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia di sekolah baik guru maupun tenaga kependidikan dengan prinsip good governance atau tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Metode: Kegiatan ini bermitra dengan SMKN 14 Jakarta Pusat dengan jumlah peserta kegiatan sebanyak 67 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan tahap berikut: Tahap Pertama, Pendekatan persuasif, Tahap kedua, pelaksanaan pelatihan pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah dan Tahap ketiga, evaluasi. Hasil: Peserta mampu mengembangkan kariernya melalui Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) yang meliputi 3 unsur yaitu, pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah dan karya inovatif. Kesimpulan: Pengembangan dan ekspresi keterampilan dan kecerdasan yang bermanfaat bagi para guru mencapai kinerja, sebagai aspek penilaian yang merupakan bagian penting dari manajemen dan mendapatkan nilai tambah bagi sekolah, yang outputnya juga untuk para peserta didik.
