Abstrak

Background: Education in Indonesia is a very important aspect to educate the nation, so for now it requires systematic evaluation and improvement. This activity is important to carry out to improve professionalism in managing human resources in schools, both teachers and education staff with the principles of good governance or good governance. Method: This activity is partnered with SMKN 14 Central Jakarta with a total of 67 participants consisting of teachers and education staff. The implementation of this community service is carried out based on the following stages: First Stage, persuasive approach, second stage, implementation of school resource management training and third stage, evaluation. Results: Participants are able to develop their careers through Continuous Professional Development (PKB) which includes 3 elements, namely, self-development, scientific publications and innovative works. Conclusion: The development and expression of skills and intelligence that are beneficial for teachers to achieve performance, as an assessment aspect which is an important part of management and gain added value for schools, whose output is also for students.
