Abstract
Latar belakang: Merebaknya pandemi COVID-19 secara global telah mendorong banyak sektor kehidupan masyarakat yang mengalami perubahan, termasuk di dunia pendidikan. Di Indonesia, sekolah dan perguruan tinggi telah meniadakan pembelajaran tatap muka secara langsung sejak pertengahan bulan Maret 2020 hingga saat ini. Sebagai alternatif, pemerintah Indonesia mendorong agar semua kegiatan belajar dilaksanakan secara jarak jauh. Di sisi lain, pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh mengalami kendala seperti kurangnya keterampilan guru atau tenaga pengajar dalam mengelola model pembelajaran tersebut dan dalam menggunakan berbagai instrumen pembelajaran daring (online). Termasuk salah satunya masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru di SMA Islam Ar-Ridwan Bekasi. Oleh karena itu, kami telah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan YouTube sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh di era COVID-19 terhadap guru-guru di SMA Islam Ar-Ridwan, dengan tujuan dapat membantu guru-guru yang merasa kesulitan menggunakan media dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan yaitu memberikan pemahaman konseptual tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh sekaligus mempraktikkan penggunaan instrumen atau aplikasi pembelajaran daring berupa YouTube. Pelatihan pembelajaran jarak jauh dilaksanakan secara daring melalui instrumen video conference "G-meet”. Hasil: Pada akhir kegiatan, mitra binaan telah mampu menyerap dan mempraktikkan apa yang telah disampaikan oleh tim pendamping, peserta pelatihan telah mempunyai kemampuan teknis dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi pembelajaran daring berupa YouTube. Kesimpulan: Selain itu, peserta juga telah mampu memahami bagaimana penerapan media pembelajaran jarak jauh tersebut secara tepat.
