UPAYA PENERAPAN PHBS (PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH SEHAT) UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN MASYARAKAT SEHAT DAN BERSIH DISEKITAR BANTARAN SUNGAI CITARUM, DUSUN SUKAJAYA, DESA ANGGADITA, KARAWANG, JAWA BARAT.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Life is something that should be applied by everyone, considering the benefits of cleanliness for health which is very important for every human being. The purpose of this activity is to increase public awareness to implement PHBS as an effort to create a healthy community on the banks of the citarum riverbank, Sukajaya Hamlet, Anggadita Village.

               The PKM activity was carried out in Sukajaya Hamlet, Anggadita Village. PKM activities are carried out within 4 months. PKM activities in Sukajaya Hamlet in Anggadita village were carried out from April to August 2018. For the implementation date, the field was determined after the preparations were completed. The implementation phase consists of providing IEC (communication, education, and information) about PHBS conducted several times. IEC material consists of 4 materials which include Definition of PHBS, Personal Hygiene, Keys to Personal Hygiene, and Environmental Health. The socialization and application of the IEC program began with an initial visit to the head of the hamlet, then the preparation of the program of PHBS activities in the community.
