Abstract
Pendahuluan: Pendidikan berperan penting dalam mengubah pemahaman, pola pikir, dan karakter masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan dengan fasilitas pendidikan terbatas. Di Desa Pihaung, beberapa anak-anak Madrasah Ibtidaiyah menghadapi kesulitan dalam keterampilan dasar seperti membaca, menulis, berhitung (Calistung), dan Bahasa Inggris. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar anak dalam membaca, menulis, berhitung, dan bahasa Inggris, serta membangun motivasi dan kepercayaan diri mereka. Metode: Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil: Program bimbingan belajar berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dasar anak-anak, termasuk pelafalan huruf, membaca teks, menulis kalimat sederhana, berhitung, dan menghafal kosakata bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, program ini menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, yang membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri anak. Kesimpulan: Program bimbingan belajar yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN STAI RAKHA Amuntai terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak di desa Pihaung.
