Abstract
Pendahuluan: Anak dengan hambatan majemuk menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses layanan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Guru di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) sering kali mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas layanan pendidikan akibat kompleksitas kebutuhan siswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menangani anak dengan hambatan majemuk. Metode: Persiapan (pretest), pelaksanaan (penyampaian materi, diskusi kasus, dan latihan pembuatan program layanan), serta evaluasi (post-test). Hasil: Adanya peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 15,8%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi dalam pemahaman mengenai program layanan pembelajaran bagi anak dengan hambatan majemuk, dari 72% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 95% setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Diskusi kasus dan latihan praktik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang layanan pendidikan untuk anak dengan hambatan majemuk yang lebih baik. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan bagi anak dengan hambatan majemuk. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, layanan pendidikan bagi anak dengan hambatan majemuk diharapkan dapat lebih optimal dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan individual siswa.
