Abstrak
Background: Adolescent reproductive health problems increase every year, including adolescents living in orphanages. These adolescents are vulnerable to sexual abuse. Students need to be introduced to how to maintain reproductive health and prevent sexual deviations in adolescents. This education aims to provide information and identify knowledge about adolescent reproductive health. Method: This activity begins with education using a question-and-answer method. Education is carried out by a community service team from the Faculty of Health Sciences. Then, please fill out the questionnaire after schooling and analyze it. The adolescent residents of the orphanage and their caregivers filled out the questionnaire. Results: There was an increase in the knowledge of adolescents and caregivers in the orphanage about reproductive health in adolescents, which includes menstrual hygiene management and sexual harassment in adolescents in orphanages. Conclusion: The behavior of vigilance towards conditions that can cause reproductive disorders in adolescents and criminal acts of sexual harassment in adolescents in the orphanage environment is essential. For this reason, it is necessary to provide information that helps residents and caregivers about reproductive health and the prevention of sexual harassment in adolescents in the Payamuba orphanage environment.
