Abstract
Background: Vocational High School is a vocational secondary education level that prepares its graduates for the workforce. One of the State Vocational High Schools in Surabaya offers a major in Accounting and Financial Institutions, which faces challenges in practical banking learning media for mini-banks. The aim of this community service to enhance operational knowledge of banking services through web-based learning media. Methods: The partner for this activity is SMKN 1 Surabaya with 32 student participants. The method applied in community service activity involves training and mentoring. Data collection processed include interviews, monitoring and survey. Results: At the beginning of training, only five students were able to operate the customer service menu correctly (15.63%). However, after mentoring, the abilities of 30 students improved (93.75%). Two students still couldn’t operate the menu due to unstable internet connections. The speakers also received positive feedback regarding delivery of the material. Conclusions: Several participants enthusiastically attended the training and benefited from the flexible learning media.
