Abstrak

Background: As a region with large and fertile agricultural land, Pamotan should have succeeded in becoming a village with a high level of welfare. The fact is that welfare in Pamotan village, especially in Ubalan and Umbulrejo hamlets, is still a serious problem. This study aims to implement the waqf method in improving people's welfare. Method: Through literacy-based assistance related to the development of productive waqf which has so far experienced problems, lack of public awareness, and lack of support from stakeholders. Action participation (PAR) is implemented in the form of collaboration between the community and researchers in formulating problems, planning actions, up to the evaluation and monitoring process. Results: The community (management team) together with the researchers succeeded in compiling a management system and playing a role as a trigger for other community awareness outside the productive waqf implementation program group, running as expected. Conclusion: The creation of a systematic management of waqf in two partner hamlets as a reference in managing hamlets.
