Abstract
Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan informasi (TI) semakin bertambah jumlahnya di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor kunci keberlangsungan industri TI adalah programmer rentan mengalami kelelahan fisik dan mental (burn-out) karena tidak mendapatkan keseimbangan waktu kerja dan waktu pribadi (work life balance). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan digital dalam penerapan work-life balance karyawan di PT. Sinergi Asia Global. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Strukturasi Adaptif dan Model ECAM (E-Leadership Communication Adaptation Model). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis dimana peneliti melakukan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Divisi Emerging dan Produk PT Global Asia Sinergi Windy Hendwiananda membentuk ekosistem kerja yang adaptif dan inklusif melalui kepemimpinan digital dengan menerapkan prinsip buy-in. Penerapan prinsip buy-in dapat menciptakan proses komunikasi dan koordinasi yang lebih fleksibel dimana Windy tidak hanya berperan sebagai pemimpin namun juga sebagai agen perubahan yang melibatkan tim dalam pembuatan aturan. Windy menerapkan kepemimpinan situasional untuk membangun komunikasi yang baik dan memotivasi karyawan, serta memperkuat hubungan interpersonal. Windy mempunyai hak veto namun tetap mempertimbangkan keputusan bersama untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara kebutuhan perusahaan dan karyawan melalui forum diskusi santai yang menjadi ruang kreatif dalam menciptakan suasana kerja yang inklusif, adaptif dan berkelanjutan. PT. Global Asia Sinergi aktif memanfaatkan teknologi terkini untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat memiliki work life balance.
