Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi-diri dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar sejarah. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei kausal, dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi terjangkau berjumlah 504 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 108 siswa. Data dihimpun dengan kuesioner dan tes. Data dianalisa dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi-diri terhadap hasil belajar sejarah; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar sejarah; 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi-diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Kesimpulan, peningkatan hasil belajar sejarah dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan efikasi-diri dan motivasi berprestasi.


 


The study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on the students’ learning achievement of History. The study uses a causal survey method, with path analysis techniques. The affordable population numbers 504 students, while a sample of the research has 108 students. The data collected use questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on learning achievement of History; 2) there is positive and significant effect of achievement motivation on learning achievement of History; and 3) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on the students’ learning achievement of History. In conclusion, learning achievement of History can be done through improved self-efficacy and achievement motivation.
