The authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee.

Article Publication : 0.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs.

The fee covers DOI registration for each paper

However, Article Publication Fee will not be required for an article with authors from two different countries or more.
