Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan mengevaluasi program Sistem Kelas Tuntas Berkelanjutan (SKTB). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pendekatan yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpuluan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Sistem Kelas Tuntas Berkelanjutan (SKTB) SMP Labschool Kebayoran Jakarta Selatan sudah sesuai pedoman visi, misi sekolah, sesuai dengan kebijakan pemerintah melalui kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholder. Hasil Ujian Nasional dan Ujian Sekolah, dari data dokumen terlihat bahwa SMP Labschool Kebayoran menghasilkan hasil rata – rata ujian yang sangat baik, ini menandakan peserta didik yang bermasalah ketuntasan mampu berperan serta menjaga rata – rata nilai Ujian Nasionalnya. Program SKTB berhasil membawa ketidaktuntasan menjadi prestasi di Ujian Nasional. Sebaran data alumni juga menunjukan bahwa peserta program SKTB banyak yang di terima di sekolah negeri dan swasta terbaik, serta program ini memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi para alumni peserta program.
This study aims to obtain information and evaluate the Sustainable Complete Class System (SKTB) program. The method used is a qualitative method with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The approach used is a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this evaluation concluded that the implementation of the Sustainable Complete Class System (SKTB) program for SMP Labschool Kebayoran, South Jakarta, complies with the vision and mission guidelines of the school, in accordance with government policies through the ministry of education and culture and in accordance with the needs of stakeholders. The results of the National Examination and School Examination, from the document data it can be seen that Kebayoran Labschool Middle School produces very good average test results, this indicates students with completeness problems are able to play a role and maintain the average National Examination score. The SKTB program succeeded in bringing incompleteness into achievements in the National Examination. The distribution of alumni data also shows that many participants in the SKTB program have been accepted at the best public and private schools, and this program provides benefits for alumni participating in the program.
