This paper aims to describe the importance of internalizing character education through media that is appropriate to the development of ICT and student characteristics. Considering several facts revealing that the achievement of the internalization of character education in schools is still relatively low, given the low interest in student learning and the use of learning media that tends to be static, whereas in learning in the digital era where students are familiar with the use of technology, of course, it must receive attention given the great potential if opportunities for using ICT in the learning process can be optimized. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative design approach with a literature review method, data is collected from the results of reading orientation of authentic sources namely books, journals and relevant literature and analyzed through reduction, display and verification as conclusions. Internalization of character education in the digital era requires the integration and synergy of ICT, the existence of ICT packaged in the form of educational games will be able to create greater opportunities in optimizing the internalization of character education based on local wisdom, such as Wayang.

The pandemic conditions with social restrictions have resulted in people not being able to buy and sell as they usually do. The ban on work, school and economic activities makes people have to stay at home and one of the bridges for them with the outside world is social media/internet. The phenomenon that can be observed during the pandemic is the emergence of retailers who use the internet as a marketing medium. Not only small retailers but also quite large retailers. At large retailers they are not only looking for end customers but also looking for distribution channels by opening up opportunities to become resellers. This phenomenon not only gave rise to many new entrepreneurs and business units but also gave rise to several new business models. New business models that emerge will affect the current market, established companies especially MSMEs must also be able to adapt to the transformations carried out from the strategy level to execution. This journal has a theoretical approach to the phenomenon of changing business models in the digital era and provides a conceptual framework for how the business model will affect the market and how the company's strategy.

The interactive e-book was developed to improve early reading and writing skills as log of pandemic Covid-19. The type of this research is R&D with the product of this research is the E-Book Interactive reading and writing starters. The questionnaire instrument was used as a research data collection technique. The results of the product validity test show the following results. First, the appearance of the interactive E- book product has an attractive appearance, second, the selection of an attractive typeface and the presentation of animated text in the form of a video embedded in the interactive E-book. Third, to get students involved in learning activities it is necessary to have interaction in learning, interesting content and presentations combbined with learning videos to explain the material interactively.

E-BOOK EKONOMI BERBASIS KOMIK DIGITAL SEBAGAI MEDIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR

The aim of economic e-book development based digital comics is as a medium to improve learning outcomes. The development stage employed Borg and Gall's model consisting of 10 stages and this development is limited to the eighth stage: large-scale tryout. The e-book tryout stage was conducted through expert validation and tryout with students. The instruments used in this research were questionnaire and test. The method used was pretest posttest control group design. Considering the result of t-test, it could be found that the posttest value of experiment class was better (84.29), while that of control class was only 79.80. Furthermore, in the effectiveness test on digital comic-based economy e-book using t-test withy IBM SPSS 20 software help, it could be seen that the significance value was 0.000 and this value was less than 0.05, meaning that H1 was supported. This value was confirmed with tstatistic of 3.804 > ttable of 2.021. It suggested that the mean score of learning outcomes for experiment class students was better that that for control ones and it could be concluded that the digital comic-based economy e-book effectively improved the students' learning outcome.

This paper is literary or library research (library research). In general, this aim is to provide an overview of how the problem of education is during a pandemic. Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. WHO is warning governments in all countries to increase preparedness to prevent the danger of an outbreak. Responding to this, President Joko Widodo invited the Indonesian people to get used to doing activities from home. Activities meant between working, studying, and remembering from home. Following up on the president's invitation, MTsN Padang panjang has a policy related to learning from home. In carrying out BDR activities through courageous media, MTsN Padang panjang has problems such as: 1) The pedagogical competence of being brave for educators is not sufficient. 2) The internet network is unequally strong. 3) Increased internet quota costs for both educators and students. Therefore, a more massive special effort is needed to overcome this problem. In general, this paper aims to provide an overview of the problems of education during the Covid-19 period. In addition, this paper is expected to provide benefits in terms of scientific development, and increase knowledge about education during the Covid-19 period.

POTENSI SUMBER DAYA LOKAL DALAM MENDUKUNG PERTUMBUHAN UMKM INDUSTRI KREATIF DI KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

This study aims to determine the condition of local potential in the Lamongan Regency area that is useful in supporting the growth of the Creative Industry Sector MSMEs in Lamongan Regency, as well as where the potential of the village is a growth center that can encourage the acceleration of rural development and become one of the sources of economic strength for the Creative Industry Sector MSMEs in the region. This research was carried out in Lamongan Regency. The sequential explanatory design combination research method is a combination research method that combines quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially. This study uses secondary data obtained from related institutions, including: GRDP data, Village Leading Products, Transportation infrastructure, Local Government Program Data , and RBI Map (administrative data, topography, etc.). The results of the research can be concluded that the potential of village local resources as the development of economic growth centers on the north coast of East Java, namely: Lamongan Regency, whose coastal area consists of Brondong and Paciran sub-districts has the potential: Industry (MSMEs, Medium and Large), Garden products (cassava), beef chicken, beef cattle, and capture fisheries. Availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the village of the center of economic growth on the north coast of East Java, Paciran District has complete infrastructure facilities in Lamongan Regency if divided by village, Order I Paciran Village, Odo III Banjarwati and Blimbing Villages. Proposed growth center villages are: 1) Paciran, 2) Banjarwati, 3) Blimbing and Kemantren and for Brodndong District, namely: 1) Brondong, 2) Sedayulawas and Brengkok. The strategy carried out by the government so far in developing the village economy at the center of the institution through the PNPM program and the Village Fund has not been efficient because the policy is still general and not specific according to local potential.

TEACHERS AND STUDENT'S APPRAISAL OF SECONDARY SCHOOL AS CUSTODIAN OF MORAL VALUES

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana sekolah menengah berperan sebagai penjaga nilai-nilai moral dalam masyarakat. Apa yang diperlukan untuk mengajarkan nilai moral di sekolah. Apa saja fasilitas, materi pelajaran, hukuman, serta metode pengajaran yang diterapkan sekolah? Semua inilah yang akan diteliti oleh studi tersebut. Ini diverifikasi dengan menggunakan 15 sekolah menengah sampel di kota Sokoto. Penelitian ini mengadopsi desain survei deskriptif. Kuesioner dengan sifat psikometri 0,72 dan 0,81 untuk masing-masing validitas dan reliabilitas, digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan dari responden yang merupakan guru dan siswa di sekolah yang dipilih. Temuan ini mengungkapkan sekolah menengah negeri Sokoto kurang berperan sebagai penjaga nilai-nilai moral, mulai dari fasilitas, mata pelajaran, penegakan kesesuaian, dan strategi pengajaran. Sebagai kesimpulan, agar sekolah menengah dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai pemelihara nilai-nilai moral, disarankan antara lain adanya penyediaan fasilitas yang lebih kondusif bagi proses belajar mengajar di sekolah agar sekolah menengah tersebut dapat berperan sebagai penjaga nilai-nilai moral. nilai-nilai moral dalam masyarakat.

EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN DANA BPUM UNTUK MEMPERTAHANKAN USAHA MIKRO DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

The government continues to strive so that the community's economy can survive during the pandemic, one of which is the Micro Business Productive Presidential Assistance (BPUM) program for micro-businesses, therefore this study aims to find out how effective the use of BPUM funds is in maintaining micro businesses in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic, especially the micro-enterprises that were fostered by the leadership of the branch of Aisyiyah Kp Rambutan, East Jakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with a saturated sample of 13 micro businesses. Data collection techniques through field observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation, followed by statistical test calculations using SPSS. The results obtained are that the timeliness of BPUM receipts is 75%, the accuracy of cost calculations is 76%, the accuracy of making choices is 79% and the accuracy of targets is 70%. It can be seen that the use of Banpres funds is considered quite effective in maintaining micro-enterprises and can even increase business profits by 20%-25% if averaged. Thus, the sustainability of this program needs to be considered to continue to support micro-enterprises in increasing their business.

MEWUJUDKAN GENERASI SADAR PAJAK MELALUI PENDIDIKAN INKLUSI KESADARAN PAJAK

Tax Consciousness Inclusive Education is a program created by Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Research, Technology, and High Education (Indonesian: Kemenristek Dikti). Universitas Selamat Sri (UNISS) is one of universities, with 60% working students. However, the authors' preliminary observation showed only 10% of students having had Tax Identity Number (TIN or Indonesian: NPWP), and less than 10% of them having met taxpayers' obligation. The fact made the author interested in finding out "how is the tax consciousness inclusive education applied to UNISS?” This research was conducted using qualitative method with case study design. Meanwhile, data collection was done using three techniques: interview, observation, and documentation study. Technique of analyzing data used was Spradley's domain analysis, in which the data obtained would be processed through triangulation validity test technique. The tax consciousness inclusive education in UNISS is implemented through internalizing it into the learning of General Compulsory Course and taxing course, and technical guide for lecturers and establishment tax volunteer group for lecturers and students.
