Abstract

This paper is literary or library research (library research). In general, this aim is to provide an overview of how the problem of education is during a pandemic. Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. WHO is warning governments in all countries to increase preparedness to prevent the danger of an outbreak. Responding to this, President Joko Widodo invited the Indonesian people to get used to doing activities from home. Activities meant between working, studying, and remembering from home. Following up on the president's invitation, MTsN Padang panjang  has a policy related to learning from home. In carrying out BDR activities through courageous media, MTsN Padang panjang  has problems such as: 1) The pedagogical competence of being brave for educators is not sufficient. 2) The internet network is unequally strong. 3) Increased internet quota costs for both educators and students. Therefore, a more massive special effort is needed to overcome this problem. In general, this paper aims to provide an overview of the problems of education during the Covid-19 period. In addition, this paper is expected to provide benefits in terms of scientific development, and increase knowledge about education during the Covid-19 period.
