The use of a water reservoir is a solution, and the machine can be set ON OFF using a float indicator. When the machine is ON, it fills the water, and is full, switch&nbsp; OFF and ON again when the water reaches a certain height. The ON-OFF process of the pump machine automatically occurs when the power plugged in; this condition is very dangerous, causing heat, and empty house, switch is always ON. Remote automatic is required. This automatic uses a quasi-experimental method with three stages, namely making a design, conducting tests, and analysing test results. Internet of Things (IoT) technology, based on a microcontroller, can implement an automatic switch for controlling and operating electronic devices remotely online and in real time via mobile (cellphone). The use of a microcontroller will be configured to connect to the Ubidots application.</em></p> Sofia Pinardi, Emilia Roza, Muhammad Alviani, Akbar Shah Rukh Khan Copyright (c) 2025 Prosiding Seminar Nasional Teknoka http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22391 Sun, 28 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Optimalisasi Konsumsi Fuel gas pada Boiler dengan Implementasi Sistem Kontrol Oxygen Excess Auto Cascade https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22377 <p><em>Boilers accounted for 99.8% of total energy consumption at Badak LNG refinery. Of this usage, 15.1% was lost through blowdown, flue gas, and other boiler inefficiencies. The combustion control system was redesigned using a cascade configuration between the excess-oxygen loop (AIC-1) and the air-flow control loop (FIC-1). Each loop was modeled to obtain transfer functions that were then used to simulate responses to possible input disturbances. The simulation results yielded PID parameters that guided on-site loop tuning. In addition, layered logic protection and new alarms were integrated into the control system. As a result, system reliability was validated under external extremes, including abrupt boiler load increases and decreases. The optimization reduced the fuel-to-steam ratio by 0.6 Nm³/ton with the average boiler load over the past year of 207.6 ton/h, this corresponded to a 0.72% reduction in fuel-gas consumption.</em></p> Muhammad Taufik Hidayat, Bambang Irawan Copyright (c) 2025 Prosiding Seminar Nasional Teknoka http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22377 Sat, 27 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Studi Kelayakan Pabrik Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid dari Sulfur Dioksida Pada Gas Buang PLTU https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22378 <p><em>The increase in population is directly proportional to the demand for energy. Fossil fuels serve as the main energy source in various industries, including electricity generation through PLTU (Steam Power Plant). These plants produce flue gases containing various components, among which sulfur dioxide (SO2) is a major pollutant whose concentration is strictly regulated. Utilizing SO2 as a raw material for producing Dodecylbenzene Sulfonoc Acid – a surfactant compound – can reduce SO2 emissions from PLTU by up ti 98%. The feasibility of this plant was assessed through a techno-economic study using ROI (Return of Investment), POT (Pay Out Time), and BEP (Break Even Point) analyses. The results indicate an ROI of 35.18%, a POT of 2.18 years, and a BEP of 15.76%, demostrating that the proposed plant is economically feasible to establish</em>.</p> Putri Zahra At Taufiq, Eduardus Budi Nursanto Copyright (c) 2025 Prosiding Seminar Nasional Teknoka http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22378 Sat, 27 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Identifikasi Anomali dan Dampak Perbaikan Sistem Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) terhadap Kontinuitas Pasokan Listrik di PT. PLN UP3 Tanjung Priok https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22379 <p><em>Disruptions to the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) system can reduce the reliability of the electricity supply, especially for priority customers. This study aims to identify anomalies occurring in the ATS system in the PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Priok area. The methods used include field observations, technical inspections of ATS components, switching time measurements, and estimates of unsupplied energy. Anomalies were found at three locations, namely SMU 110 Jakarta, the Water Management Public Works Sub-Department, and the Sunter Environmental Development Supervisory Agency, with the main damage occurring to the rectifier and ATS module. This damage caused automatic switching failure and interruption of the electricity supply during the repair process, resulting in a total energy loss of 330.640 kWh. After repairs were completed, the entire ATS system resumed functioning with a switching time of &lt; 1 second, in accordance with standards. The results of this study indicate that anomalies in ATS components have a significant impact on the continuity of electricity supply, but can be effectively addressed through appropriate technical repairs.</em></p> Tony Koerniawan, Aas Wasri Hasanah, Shafa Khairunisa Nugraha, Sandi Budi Kurniawan, Satrio Yudho, Ersalia Dewi Nursita Copyright (c) 2025 Prosiding Seminar Nasional Teknoka http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22379 Sat, 27 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Perancangan Prototipe Sistem Informasi Sejarah dan Wisata Kota Depok Berbasis Web https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/teknoka/article/view/22371 <p><span class="fontstyle0">The city of Depok has a wealth of historical value and tourism potential that has not been properly documented in digital media.
