(differing from other research) This study used a non-equivalent control group design and a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design. Students from classes X MIPA 1 and X MIPA 2 served as the experimental and control groups, respectively, for this study, which was carried out at SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. Essay questions were used as a test instrument to gather data. The independent sample t-test, with a significance level of 0.05, was the statistical test that was employed. The findings of the hypothesis test showed that the sig value was less than 0.05 (i.e., 0.018 < 0.05), supporting the H1 hypothesis and showing a significant difference in the creative thinking skills of the control class and the class that used the Google Form-assisted discovery learning paradigm. Thus, it can be said that utilizing the Google Form-assisted discovery learning methodology improves students' capacity for original thought in physics classes.
2025-01-03T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Omega: Jurnal Fisika dan Pendidikan Fisika https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/omega/article/view/17212 Use of Physics Collaborative Learning with Geography, History, and Sociology Subjects to Produce Scientific Papers and Diorama Models on Developed and Developing Nations 2024-11-26T15:53:49+07:00 Ahmad Aldi ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com Sulastri ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com Farida Muniroh ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com Rika Kartika ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com Akbar Fuad Yuliarto ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com Ramdani Ramdani ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com Andik Dwi Yulianto ahmadaldi210696@gmail.com
This study is an evolution of joint research on the Indonesian educational system during the pandemic, when students need to be able to use interactive technology to enhance teaching and learning activities in the classroom. This study aims to improve the physics learning outcomes of high school students, as well as to determine the responses of teachers and students through a teaching module containing the matrix determinant method. This experimental research is in the form of a quantitative descriptive approach and a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample was 36 students of XII MIPA 4 and 3 physics teachers of SMAN 2 Jember. Data analysis used the N-Gain test (score) and response (percentage). The results showed that the implementation of the teaching module improved student learning outcomes with an N-Gain score of 0.82 in the high category. The teaching module received a positive response with a percentage of 93.06% from teachers and 88.39% from students in the very positive category. Thus, the implementation of the matrix determinant teaching module in a closed two-loop electrical circuit can improve the physics learning outcomes of high school students and receive a very positive response from physics teachers and students.
2025-01-03T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Omega: Jurnal Fisika dan Pendidikan Fisika https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/omega/article/view/13291 Results and Analysis of Ohm's Law Experiment Simply Using Series Resistor Circuits 2023-11-26T18:56:06+07:00 Nur Aisyah As'adi nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com Faridhatu Allyah nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com Selvia Tin Sintia nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com Sinta Mayasari nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com Meylan Kharisma Putri nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com Hita Mara Cecilia nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com Sudarti nuraisyahasadi6@gmail.com
Ohm's law is a basic principle in electronics that describes the relationship between voltage, current strength, and resistance in an electrical circuit.
