This evaluation uses the CIPP model approach (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Data collection techniques through documentation studies, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this evaluation method uses a quantitative-descriptive approach with stages consisting of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the evaluation concluded that: (1). The context of the implementation of the KJP Plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta is in accordance with the applicable provisions in the KJP Plus program. (2) The input from the implementation of the KJP Plus program is appropriate in supporting the success of the KJP plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta. (3) The implementation of the KJP Plus program at the Makassar District Elementary School, East Jakarta has been going well, but there needs to be improvements in the aspect of reporting the use of KJP plus funds. Metode evaluasi menggunakan model evaluasi <em>Stake’s Coutenance model</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam evaluasi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil evaluasi menyimpulkan bahwa: (1). Perencanaan program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS melalui kontrak kerja individu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. (2). Pelaksanaan program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS melalui kontrak kerja individu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup. (3). Dampak dari hasil penyelenggaraan program peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik Non PNS melalui kontrak kerja individu di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat termasuk ke dalam kategori baik.</p> <p> </p> <p>The thesis aims are to examine the factors of success and failurs of the program in improving the welfare of non-civil service educators in government elementary school of Johar Baru Sub-district in Central Jakarta. The evaluation method used was the Stake’s evaluation countenance model’s. Technicques collection data that have been used are interview, documentary studies, and questionnaires. The analysis data techniques in this evaluation method involved quantitative and qualitative method. The stages of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The evauation results concludes that : (1). Planning the program for improving the welfare of non-civil service educators through individual work contracts at government elementary school of Johar Baru sub-district in Central Jakarta is in the very good category.(2). Implementation of the program for improving the welfare of non-civil service educators through individul contract at government elementary school of Johar Baru sub-district in Central Jakarta is in the average category. (3). Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak sebanyak 757 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan metode pembelajaran <em>Contextual Teaching and Learning </em>terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, (3) Terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan metode pembelajaran <em>Contextual Teaching and Learning </em>dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of learning methods on the results of learning Mathematics for class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung in terms of students' initial abilities. The target population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 3 Rangkasbitung, Lebak Regency, totaling 757 students and the research sample was 80 students. The research method used was a 2 x 2 factorial design experiment. Evaluasi ini menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) serta menggunakan metode evaluatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Instrumen yang dipergunakan pada pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari evaluasi konteks yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholder adalah: buku panduan belum ada, visi-misi hanya mengikuti visi-misi kampus, lingkungan KKN ditentukan terlebih dahulu, Hasil evaluasi produk PPL, ada peningkatan prestasi untuk siswa yang diajar, sedangkan output KKN, untuk tema literasi dan numerasi ada peningkatan prestasi dari siswa yang diajar, untuk tema kewirausahaan, mahasiswa sudah belajar menciptakan produk, dan untuk tema desa wisata, tempat rekreasinya sudah diperindah.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>The purpose of this study was to evaluate and describe the achievements of the integrated PPL-KKN program implemented by STKIP Taman Siswa Bima. This evaluation research used CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product) and used descriptive qualitative methods. The instruments used in data collection are observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the context evaluation which it suitable of stakeholder need, namely: that there are no guidebooks, the vision and mission only follow the campus visions and missions, the KKN environment is determined in advance, the main goal is to maximize the theme program, the requirements for joining PPL-KKN have been determined, and the main need is teaching science. The results of the evaluation of inputs for facilities and infrastructure are 80% feasible and 20% inadequate for PPL, while for KKN 95% are feasible, the budget is greatly minimized, 96% of human resources are met. The results of the evaluation process, reduced learning time while increasing student interest (PPL), literacy and numeracy processes were in line with expectations, entrepreneurship was constrained by student abilities, and tourist villages were constrained by cost, while only part of the village program was completed. Sampel dalam penlitian ini adalah 102 orang siswa kelas XI dan XII Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta. Data penelitian berupa soal hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan, strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik analisis jalur (<em>Path Analysis</em>). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) <sub>31 </sub>= 0,207, t<sub>hitung </sub>= 1,767 dan p-value = 0,080/2 = 0,004 < 0,05 yang berarti “bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif strategi pembelajaran (X<sub>1</sub>) terhadap hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan (X<sub>3</sub>)” diterima atau teruji. (2) <sub>21 </sub>= 0,604, t<sub>hitung </sub>= 1,767 dan p-value = 0,084/2 = 0,042 < 0,05 yang berartji “bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif gaya kognitif (X<sub>2</sub>) terhadap hasil belajar administrasi infrastruktur jaringan (X<sub>3</sub>)” diterima atau teruji. The sample in this study were 102 students of class XI and XII of the Computer and Network Engineering Department at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta. Research data in the form of questions about the learning outcomes of network infrastructure administration, learning strategies and cognitive styles using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is a survey method with path analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it is concluded that (1) <sub>31 </sub>= 0,207, t<sub>hitung </sub>= 1,767 dan p-value = 0,080/2 = 0,004 < 0,05 which means "that there is a positive direct effect of learning strategies (X1) on learning outcomes of network infrastructure administration (X3)" is accepted or tested.
