Given that the journal prioritizes research reports in evaluation and assessment education, viewpoint articles in the same field will be considered for publication. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>Jurnal Penelitian dan Penilaian Pendidikan </strong>welcomes research articles, literature reviews, book reviews from various countries in the world that have high-quality on all topics related to current trends issue in evaluation education research to publish in this journal. The article submitted to <strong><em>Jurnal Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan </em></strong>will be reviewed by two reviewers. Plagiarism scanning will be conducted with the help of Turnitin Anti-Plagiarism Software.</p> <p align="justify"> </p>https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/jppp/article/view/18126Evaluasi Manajemen Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 Di Sekolah Muhammadiyah : Dampaknya Terhadap Kualitas Branding Sekolah2025-01-19T20:42:47+07:00Naswardinaswardi@uhamka.ac.id<p>This study aims to evaluate the integration between the 2013 curriculum and Muhammadiyah values that have an impact on the branding of Muhammadiyah schools in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The selection of research subjects was based on the criteria of teaching experience, and active involvement in the integration between the curriculum and Muhammadiyah values. Analysis of research data began by eliminating inappropriate codes. The results of the study showed that Muhammadiyah schools in Kebayoran Baru were able to integrate Muhammadiyah values with the government curriculum empirically and were able to improve school branding. The significant impact of creating strong school branding is the increase in the number of school students from elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools which reached more than fifty percent. The increase in students that occurred was a very impressive result in the growth of the number of students amidst the fairly tight competition for quality private schools in Jakarta.</p> <p> </p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi integrasi antara kurikulum 2013 dan nilai – nilai kemuhammadiyahan yang berdampak pada branding sekolah Muhammadiyah di kebayoran baru, Jakarta Selatan. Pemilihan subjek penelitian didasarkan atas kriteria pengalaman mengajar, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam integrasi antara kurikulum dengan nilai Muhammadiyah. Analisis data penelitian dimulai dengan mengeliminasi kode-kode yang tidak sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah Muhammadiyah kebayoran baru mampu mengintegrasikan nilai kemuhammadiyahan dengan kurikulum pemerintah secara empiris mampu meningkatkan branding sekolah. Dampak yang signifikan yang terciptanya branding sekolah yang kuat, adalah bertambahnya jumlah murid sekolah dari sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah pertama, dan sekolah menengah atas yang mencapai lebih dari lima puluh persen. The aim is to obtain in-<br>depth information about the accelerated class program covering matters that are<br>important aspects of the evaluation with the CIPP model to be further processed and<br>produce a positive recommendation. This evaluation uses a qualitative approach and<br>collects data using observation, interview and document study methods. Interview<br>data were obtained from residents of SD Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Jakarta, including;<br>Principal, Vice Principal, Teacher. And for document data in the form of Vision and<br>Mission documents, School Profiles, and National Exam scores for accelerated class<br>students. The evaluation results show that on; context component; Vision and Mission<br>provide a place for special intelligent students to take part in educational programs</p> <p>according to their intelligence potential. input components; 1) There is a special<br>acceptance of accelerated students, 2) There is an allocation of the accelerated<br>program budget 3) In general, the competency of accelerated teachers meets input<br>indicator standards, 4) The curriculum and accelerated program are implemented as<br>one unit. process component; 1) The learning activities of the accelerated class<br>program are faster than regular classes, 2) The implementation of supervision<br>activities for the accelerated class program is not effective. product components; 1)<br>The National Exam scores of accelerated class program students have an average<br>score of very good, 2) The output/quality of accelerated graduates is on average<br>accepted at well-known junior high schools/equivalents. The training evaluation<br>used the Kirkpatrick evaluation approach consisting of four aspects including<br>participant reactions, material mastery, behavior change, and results achieved. Data<br>were obtained through evaluation results, document studies, and questionnaires. Data<br>processing was carried out using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the<br>evaluation of participants&#39; reaction to the organizers were included in the &quot;Satisfied&quot;<br>qualification with an average score of 87. After the evaluation, it was found that the<br>average score of participants in learning was 88, so they managed to meet the<br>qualification of &quot;Good&quot;. The behavior measurement based on the assessment from<br>superiors and colleagues received an average score of 85 with the criteria of &quot;Good&quot;.<br>While the evaluation of the result stage after the participants have completed the<br>training with an average score of 83, qualifying as &quot;Good&quot;. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan mendukung pengembangan profesional guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah menengah. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran memainkan peran penting dalam merancang program pengembangan guru, seperti pelatihan, supervisi akademik, dan fasilitasi kolaborasi antarpendidik. Kepala sekolah yang efektif juga mampu menjadi role model, memberikan motivasi, serta mendorong guru untuk mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Selain itu, dukungan kepala sekolah dalam penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru.</p> <p>Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas proses dan hasil pendidikan.
