The government considers this kind of life as one of the obstacles in the government's development plan. Therefore, during the New Order government a policy was issued to settle the Sea Tribes, including the Sea Tribes in Sungai Buluh Village, which made them have to adapt to an environment that was foreign to them. Departing from these problems, this study aims to determine (1) the origin of the Sea Tribes who were settled in Sungai Buluh Village, (2) the process of relocating the Sea Tribes in Sungai Buluh Village, (3) the life of the Sea Tribes after being resettled to Sungai Buluh Village. The method used is the historical research method which includes the following steps: (1) heuristics, (2) source criticism, (3) interpretation, and (4) historiography. The results of this research: The Sea Tribe who settled in Sungai Buluh Village came from Pilang Island. They have long lived on the coast of Pilang Island and are known as the Baroque People. The relocation process was carried out by moving them to houses that had been built in Sungai Buluh Village as many as 52 houses, besides that they were also fostered in the social, religious, educational and economic fields. Now, the Sea Tribe have mingled and their settlement looks like a typical Malay village with their main livelihood being fishing.
Gery Erlangga, Nelsusmena Nelsusmena Copyright (c) 2022 Chronologia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/jhe/article/view/9236 Mon, 12 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Menumbuhkan Rasa Nasionalisme dan Patriotisme Pada Anak Sekolah Dasar Melalui Pembelajaran IPS https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/jhe/article/view/8954
Many Indonesian citizens, including elementary school children, have been carried out by external developments due to increasing technological growth. They forget that the true identity of an Indonesian citizen is to love his own country. Therefore, more is needed to improve nationalism in Indonesia, which starts as early as at sd through ips study. The education materials given are about Indonesia's independence process. At the first meeting before class, children are taught to pray before and after learning to create a religious consciousness so that children realize that in the Indonesian state, there is a variety of religions and a growing love for the Indonesian state. Additionally, there are methods given during learning that are conterxtual teaching and learning (TCL) and higher order thingking skill (hots). Conterxtual teaching and learning (TCL) is a system that links learning materials to daily life, such as taking the possible values of Indonesia's independence from hard work, cooperation, and foremost nationalism and patriotism. Then, there is called higher order thinking skill (hots) which is the method of discussion students perform about taking a meaning from the Indonesian independence event. With such a method, it will add to the student's knowledge and love of the country. In addition, students become proficient at thinking critical of the learning materials. The steps taken by women figures throughout history are proof of the seriousness of Indonesian women to lay the foundation for the women's movement in the name of humanity and social justice. Fujinkai was one of the organizations that were allowed to remain standing during the Japanese occupation. This article will discuss the women's movement that emerged in the 19-20 centuries, by explaining the role of several women at that time. This discussion is limited temporally, namely in the pre-independence period only. In writing articles, the author uses the historical method by going through a series of stages such as gathering sources (heuristics), verification (historical criticism, validity of sources), interpretation, and writing. From this research resulted in several discussions, namely: 1) Women and the nature of humanity, 2) Women's movements in the colonial period, 3) Women during the Japanese colonial period.
Amanda Syakiyah Rahmanita Copyright (c) 2022 Chronologia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/jhe/article/view/9564 Tue, 15 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Perjuangan KH. Ghalib dalam Penerapan Pendidikan Karakter di Pringsewu, Lampung https://journal.uhamka.ac.id/index.php/jhe/article/view/9017
Indonesia's struggle against the colonial powers, namely Japan and the Netherlands, began in the period between 1945 and 1949. In this case, the previous fighters fought for all their souls and bodies to seize and defend the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia from the shackles of the colonial invaders. Not only that, the economic, social, and psychological conditions were felt by the community and had a very large impact due to colonialism. The call of his conscience does not make him waver, the spirit does not waver, even though life is a bet between life and death at the last drop of blood. The generation of young people, especially students or students, is expected to be able to regenerate the values "‹"‹of the struggle of a figure who has fought for Indonesian independence, one of which is the struggle of a KH figure. Ghalib in Pringsewu, Lampung Province. The research aims to identify specifically the Struggle of KH. Ghalib in the Application of Character Education in Pringsewu Lampung. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with a biographical approach. The struggle of KH. Ghalib is one of the fighters from Pringsewu Lampung, along with other fighters fighting in the way of Allah, with Laskar Hezbollah, Sabillah, and Garuda Hitam fighters for the benefit of the people, defending the truth, and seizing independence from the Dutch colonialists. The exemplary values "‹"‹of struggle from the figure of KH. Ghalib can be a role model for the younger generation, especially for students or students. The values "‹"‹of the struggle of KH.
