GAMBARAN DUPLEX ULTRASONOGRAFI EKSTREMITAS BAWAH PADA PASIEN PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE DI RSUD PASAR REBO

Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Pemeriksaan duplex ultrasonografi yang dilakukan pada penyakit peripheral artery disease (PAD). PAD adalah kondisi penyempitan pembuluh darah yang disebabkan oleh penumpukan plak pada pembuluh darah arteri dan mengakibatkan penurunan perfusi pada ekstremitas. Metode: Laporan kasus, pada pasien PAD dengan pemeriksaan duplex ultrasonografi ekstremitas bawah di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Hasil: Dilakukan teknik pemeriksaan DUS ekstremitas bawah pada pasien Pasien I ditemukan plak dan sec di Poplitea, color Doppler sebagian terisi warna dan spektrum Doppler monophasik. Pasien II terdapat sec di femoral, B-Mode ditemukan plak pada poplitea color Doppler sebagian terisi warna dan spektrum Doppler monophasik. Kesimpulan: Prosedur pemeriksaan duplex ultrasonografi telah berhasil dilakukan pada kedua pasien dengan CAD dan CHF. Prosedur pemeriksaan dilakukan sesuai dengan standar operasional di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Gambaran secara B-Mode, color Doppler dan spektrum Doppler sesuai dengan PAD.
