Gambaran Duplex Sonography Plaque Arteri Karotis pada Pasien Hypertensive Heart Disease (HHD)

Abstrak
Latar Belakang :Hypertensive Heart Disease (HHD) merupakan suatu keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah yang bermanifestasi terhadap gangguan pada keseimbangan hemodinamik jantung dengan penyebab multifaktor. HHD berdampak pada proses arterosklerosis yang lama-kelamaan akan menjadi penumpukan lemak yang keras atau biasa disebut dengan plaque. Duplex sonography adalah sebuah pemeriksaan untuk menegakkan diagnostis plaque pada arteri karotis. Duplex sonography dipakai untuk mengamati, dan menilai struktur dari pembuluh darah dengan memakai alat bantuan tranduser. Metode : Studi Kasus. Hasil : Pada Tn.P gambaran B-Mode duplex sonography karotis, memperlihatkan adanya gambaran plaque stabil pada arteri karotis dextra - sinistra dengan pengukuran IMT didapatkan nilai >2 mm, pada Ny.N gambaran B-Mode duplex sonography karotis, memperlihatkan adanya gambaran plaque tidak stabil pada arteri karotis dextra - sinistra dengan pengukuran IMT didapatkan nilai >2 mm. Kesimpulan : Pada kedua pasien dengan diagnosa Hypertensive Heart Disease didapatkan adanya plaque dengan nilai IMT >2 mm
